As a Mentor for our Graduate Program, I’m excited to announce that our intake for this year is now open!

We’re seeking graduates with a degree in Computer Sciences or Mathematics or someone who may already be in a C++ software development role with up to 3 years work experience.

As a one-year program, you will be based at our main R & D facility just outside Cambridge, UK. You will be trained and mentored and work alongside some of the world’s leading experts in their field. Their innovation and ability to problem-solve is highly-prized by our customers, including HP, Canon, Kodak, Agfa, Roland and Ricoh.

As a successful candidate, you’ll start in the Technical Services team. Here, you’ll receive basic orientation and training in the languages and internal tools that we use. Following on, you’ll then start your first rotation in Support. Here you’ll be working alongside our customers, who are all developers themselves. This may be creating sample code, or helping with support issues. The next rotation is in QA where we need to ensure that our SDKs are robust and simple. The final rotation is in Development where you’ll help to create SDKs for use in the industrial inkjet market.

During the program you’ll also be trained to become a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD). This is an industry standard qualification that will help you in your future career.
